Bogofilter FAQ

Hi Guys,

The FAQ needs some updating.

1 - Judy - still referenced.  Likely it needs to stay in the FAQ and have a 
comment added, perhaps "As of version 0.7.5, Judy is no longer 
needed.  Hash lists have replaced the use of Judy arrays in bogofilter."

2 - Under "Getting bogofilter to work" is a link for "portable version" 
which points to 
"ftp://bogofilter.aotto.com/pub/bogofilter/bogofilter-0.7.3".  This should 
point to https://sourceforge.net/projects/bogofilter.
