mailing list speed

I want to say thanks to everyone that provided feedback about mailing list
software. I have made a decision about what to use, and I think it's time to
wrap this thread up.

I've decided to follow Matthias' suggestion and integrate Postfix and
ezmlm-idx. I recognize that ezmlm is not everyone's favorite MLM software,
but I think it's the right choice for me.
