some status logging

For testing purposes, I figured it'd be convenient to have bogofilter use
the system log. I wanted to know the following:

1 - if spamicity calculated - bogosity-status (Yes/No), spamicity, args
used, and exit code
2 - if word list updated - which word list, how many words and messages
added, total number of messages in list.

I added a '-l' (for log) option. Here's the output from a couple of '-p
-u' runs:

Oct  5 23:31:00 osage bogofilter[4158]: X-Bogosity-Status: No,
spamicity=0.000000, args='pu', rc=0
Oct  5 23:31:00 osage bogofilter[4158]: #  register -n, 450 wrds, 1 msgs ->
26482 msgs

Oct  5 23:31:08 osage bogofilter[4194]: X-Bogosity-Status: Yes,
spamicity=1.000000, args='pu', rc=0
Oct  5 23:31:08 osage bogofilter[4194]: #  register -s, 401 wrds, 2 msgs ->
3605 msgs

Do we want this for official usage or should I keep it for my personal use?

David

Note: I also used a variant of Matthias' "if '-p', then exitcode = 0"
