Good point, but I think that people with such specialized needs
should use formail to rename the headers.  That way, only people
who need such a thing will do it.  There are too many people out
there who think that because a parameter exists, it should be
customized -- and unfortunately, even such people must be supported
when they report a problem.

I suppose it would be good enough to allow for the customization
with a note in the documentation suggesting that people not change
the default unless they have a good reason.  But I still think it
would be bloat.
