Robinson algorithm

Hi,

is there any difference between "bogofilter -s/-n" and "bogofilter -s/-n
-r"?

I want to use the Robinson algorithm and I don't know, if I then have to
register mails with the "-r" option (and therefore have to rebuild the
databases) or if the "-r" option is only used for the final spamicity
calculation.
