Are you using folders in your mailbox file?  Like the other poster said
you could just feed in your entire mailbox file into bogofilter and it
will do it.

If, however, you have some sort of filter on your mailbox then you're
probably better off splitting the messages out singly.  You can do that
with some of the tools listed at
	http://www.qmail.org/top.html#maildir
which convert mailbox -> maildir in which each message is its own file.
