Greetings,

The date format used for token aging and wordlist maintenance has been 
changed from day of year to YYYYMMDD.  The new format allows a multiyear 
maintenance cycle, if so desired.  The format fits readily in a 32 bit 
long, won't roll over for many, many years, is human readable, and makes 
for simple date checks (for example, "delete all tokens older than 20021201").
