We should have named this release 0.10.0 because it changes
Robinson-Fisher semantics (the third DUNNO state). I've seen that too
late to complain before the release. :-/ Nevermind, I'm announcing
0.9.1.2 on freshmeat now, because the exit codes that are related are
unchanged.
