The full list can be view in the installed /etc/bogofilter.cf or in
source code in bogofilter.cf.example or in src/format.c

'%M' is available as are '%a', '%i', and '%m' (in alphabetical order).

Thinking of the two items as "message's ip Address" and "message Id" is
how I arrived at A and I as suggestions, i.e. I looked at the noun
rather than the adjective.
