Clint,

There was some discussion on this earlier.  The subject was "bogofilter 
0.13.3 uses non-ASCII characters in man pages" and the discussion started 
on the bogofilter-bugs list on SourceForge on May 29.  The final comment 
was Matthias' and said that the actual problem should be determined.
