The 0.11.1.5 mips build was done on resume.rfc822.org.  The 0.11.1.6 was
done on "sgi"; whatever that is.  Some architectures only have one
autobuilder, some have several.  powerpc only has one right now, which
would explain the consistent failures, whereas arm has many, and mips
has at least 2, so it could be a luck-of-the-draw-type thing.

The myriad autobuilders are configured differently for various reasons.
