[bogofilter-announce] bogofilter 0.11.0 released

Bill,

Bad news.  As reported below, bogofilter 0.11.0 is experiencing 
difficulties.  There appears a problem in handling the directory name so 
bogofilter isn't finding the wordlists.  I am working on fixing the problem.

0.11.0 is no longer available on SourceForge.  I expect to have a 
replacement soon.  It will be known as 0.11.0.1.
