bogofilter faq, home page updated

Allyn,

Good work on the FAQ and the buglist.

I don't mind having the FAQ as part of the distribution.  I'll make the 
necessary changes to CVS so it'll be there for 0.7.7.

By the way, how does one get to the FAQ on SourceForge?
