[PATCH] lexer.l patch for base64 = padding

this is a quick patch to allow the lexer to recognize the last
line of a base64 block, which usually contains one or two = signs
as padding.

this does not fix the issue with the lexer thinking that a word
on a line by itself with no spaces or punctuation is base64 and
discarding it.  i don't think this happens that often anyway.
