Why would bogofilter use different data file?

Look at the top of what "bogofilter --version" prints out.

I get this for Berkeley DB:

$ bogofilter --version
bogofilter version 1.2.5
     Database: Berkeley DB 5.3.28: (September  9, 2013) AUTO-XA
