Icedove (aka Thunderbird) has an option for using either SpamAssassin or
SpamPal within its Junk Mail Controls.  So, it can check headers from
external programs.  Given this, and what is said in the Bogofilter faq,
there must be a way to set up Icedove to work with Bogofilter.
