Douglas,

I find the necessary information hard to identify in your setup,
apparently there are three packets involved: 1. Exchange on the server,
2. Evolution on your computer, 3. KMail on your computer.

How does bogofilter as 4th package fit in here?

Which of 2 or 3 was the software packet where you marked mail as spam?
How is the software configured to deal with spam? Delete immediately?
Move to trash?

When looking for mail, did you select to show mail marked for deletion?
