src/datastore_db_trans.c:933: cannot join environment: Resource temporarily unavailable

Hi,

Since last night I receive the following messages from bogofilter:

> [..] bogofilter[..]: ../../src/datastore_db_trans.c:933: cannot join environment: Resource temporarily unavailable
> [..] bogofilter[..]: X-Bogosity: Spam, spamicity=1.000000, version=1.1.5, register-s, 247 words, 1 messages 

What does the first message mean? Do I have to repair something?
Bogofilter still seems to work. I checked, what could have caused this
issue and found, that I've updated the libdb4.6 package on my system
earlier to version 4.6.18-5 (Debian Sid system, BCCing Clint Adams).
