If you're going with the "not wanted at all"-approach you might as well use
it for something good, and instead of sending it to /dev/null you send it to
bogofilter to be trained on as spam; that way you make it easier for
bogofilter to catch the spam where the charset isn't as easily caught by
procmail (and then there's of course also the headers to train on...).
