diference between creating and updating

Hi Muzzol,

Updating is enough.  There's no need to create an all new database with
new messages.   Adding them to the database works fine.  The most
common practice is to update the database with all messages that
bogofilter is unsure about and all messages that bogofilter classifies
wrong.
