Script to reduce mail size (unscanned images etc.)

Hi!

Does somebody have a script to reduce the size of training
mail archives (mbox)? Since bogofilter will not decode
images and similar things, one could reduce those to the
first and last line and so just keep the respective
MIME-headers and structure. This would dramatically reduce
the size of the files (I assume also speed up the
processing). Certainly, it is not too hard to write such a
script, but not fully trivial.
