Hi,

Bogofilter uses _your_ ham and spam for training.  That way it knows
what _you_ consider to be spam and ham.  It does not use a black list.

People generally use whatever messages they have in their mail program
when they train bogofilter.  Use the following commands:

for training from a ham message:   bogofilter -n < msg
for training from a spam message:  bogofilter -s < msg

If you've got mbx files of ham and spam, you can do:

   bogofilter -n -M < ham.mbx
   bogofilter -s -M < spam.mbx

If you've got maildirs:

   bogofilter -n -M -B ham.dir
   bogofilter -s -M -B spam.dir

"bogofilter --help" will list bogofilter's many options.  "man
bogofilter" will display the man page.

Perhaps the best place for to start is by reading the GETTING.STARTED
file.
