A tristate question.

Hello everyone,
a simple question but which bothers me:
in tristate mode, how a mail classified as Unsure
must be requalified after inspection.
Do I use -n for good and -s for spam, or should I use -Ns and -Sn.
How the message is then handled in database, regarding its previous
state.
And, is it possible to "forget" a learnt message, as spamassassin forget
option or spamprobe remove?
By the way, I dropped all of them for bogofilter.
Thanks for paying attention.
