Bogofilter migration & tuneup

I tried db_dump -R which produced the following header at the top of the
dump file:

VERSION=3
format=bytevalue
type=btree
keys=1
HEADER=END

So, I edited wordlist.saved which was produced using db_dump -r and it
loaded OK using db_load.

I'm now running bogoutil -d wordlist.db > wordlist.bogofilter, followed
by bogoutil --db-transaction=yes -l wordlist.db < wordlist.bogofilter.
This seems to be working (and producing shed loads of log files again!).
