Careful about /dev/null'ing JScript.Encode... it's a Microsoft proprietary
technology, and it will therefore likely end up as a default technology in
Outlook and Outlook Express when people send messages using their rich text
formats.  As people upgrade to the next versions, you may end up dropping
all of their mail.

It'd be better to decode it and treat it the same way as regular javascript
is currently.
