New bogofilter TXN snapshot available.

a new bogofilter TXN development snapshot is available; the TXN code is
merged into the baseline code of bogofilter and will ship with 0.93.0.

The first snapshot with TXN-on-the-baseline is named
bogofilter-0.92.99.cvs and can be downloaded from
http://home.pages.de/~mandree/bogofilter/

Please test this to help us make 0.93.0 a good release.

Be sure to read the RELEASE.NOTES-0.93 and doc/README.db files before use!
