setting for 'wordlist.db'

What are the permissions supposed to be for 'wordlist.db' when using RH9 and sendmail 8.13 ?

some of the users are getting this is in the procmail.log:
Can't open file 'wordlist.db' in directory '/home/bogofilter',
error #13 - Permission denied.

Remember to register some spam and ham messages before you
use bogofilter to evaluate mail for its probable spam status!

procmail: Rescue of unfiltered data succeeded
