DB_TXN... and DB_AUTO... will not be in bogofilter for 0.93.1! My
private version of bogoutil has long options, but not config files.
Getting config files working with bogoutil will take more time than I
have this evening. My plan is to test long options to be sure they're
working, then build 0.93.1. If I encounter too many problems, they can
wait til 0.93.2.
By the way have you had a chance to look at the problem with gcc-3.4.3
and compile flags?
