'twould be better to use "-o 0.45,0.0" or "--ham_cutoff=0.0
--spam_cutoff=0.0".

Note:  the above quote is from section "INCOMPATIBLE CHANGES IN
BOGOFILTER 0.16" which discusses what was _removed_.
