Why does bogofilter need bash?

These need bash according to the #! line:

contrib/randomtrain
contrib/scramble
contrib/trainbogo.sh

And to avoid "I cannot use" support inquiries, I've listed bash2 as a
dependency. I don't have time to check these scripts if they really need
bash2, investigation and patches welcome.
