This is where I'm headed, but I've had some flakey beginnings and this 
will actually give me a visual queue as to where spam/ham is showing up.

For example, I didn't create any folders for this but I did create the 
rules for scores of 0.0 to 1.0, increment 0.1.  Right now I only have 
three folders (1.0, 0,9, 0.0) which is encouraging.  I guess it's 
panning out as a learning tool for me right now.

What I'm really trying to get is some process where I can just 
delete/move the email after X days unless I do something prior to that.

Just now I'm just having fun.

I expect to get a lot more spam overnight.  I usually do.
