Sorting is what I do for manual review. I have a little python script
that scans any given directory tree, extracts the spamicity and subject
lines from each message, sorts by spamicity and displays the result.
Low-scoring message appear at the top and I inspect these until I reach
spamicity=0.9, then give up. 

A plugin for my mailer that sorted the message list by spamicity would
accomplish the same thing, and be more convenient for inspecting message
contents.
