In order to make it very clear what I do with my results:

:0fw: .bogo
| bogofilter -pe

:0
* ^X-Bogosity: Yes
.bogofilter.spam/

:0Ec
* ^X-Bogosity: Unsure
.bogofilter.unsure/

:0Ec
* ^X-Bogosity: No
.bogofilter.ham/

Unsure and Ham are all delivered normally, but also filed seperately
under my "results" directory.

I manually move all .bogofilter.unsure mail into another set of
directories for correction/training/whatever on a crontab basis followed
by subsequent archive. The archive is what I used with bogotune.

All mail in the ham/spam folders are moved (manually) directly to archives.
