I'm not a developer, so I can't say exactly how it would be done.
Presumably you include the numbers database when you install bogofilter
and instead of bogofilter scoring IPs it checks and scores the ASN,
which would help to keep the database smaller.  It's not as fine-grained
as looking at IPs, but there are an awful lot of IPs.
