final version of reptrain2

The report at http://www.bgl.nu/bogofilter/reptrain2.html is, I hope,
now in its final form. In my hands, training on error from scratch,
with or without repetition, cannot easily be made to perform as well as
either training in full, or training in full for a while and then
training on error without repetition. The latter technique (hybrid
training, I call it), though not as good as training in full, is also
superior to hybrid training with repetition.

I now regard my work on these aspects of training as over. I'm
convinced that one can utilise training on error, and with care achieve
decent results, but that both full and hybrid training are far easier
to get right. I will have nothing more to do with the question, unless
someone produces what I deem sound evidence to the contrary and
provides me with a way to generate that evidence for myself, with my
own mail corpora.
