Hi Jozef,

Are you familiar with formail?  It's a great tool that can easily
add/remove header fields.  Given its existance, I see no need for
bogofilter to duplicate its capabilities.

Filtering on Subject and body is easy.  

formail can remove all the unwanted header fields and pipe the output
to bogofilter.  Bogofilter's -v output can be stored in an environment
variable and formail can be used to put that back into the message.  Put
the commands in a shell script and you're all set.
