Let me second that, enthusiastically. It is rare to find solutions that
have no practical downside, and bogofilter has achieved that level of
usefulness and reliability for me. It has become part of my
mostly-invisible infrastructure, requiring no worry and little
maintenance. 

(Note: I am just a home office user; I'm sure those who are managing
mail for an organization face problems that I don't).
