going from .17 to .91

Running on a RH9 box, get the following error when try to install version .91
 libdb-4.1.so is needed by bogofilter-0.91.3-1

Aside from the question of why are we forced to change the BerkleyDB, where and how can I install this 4.1 version for RH9 ?
