FAQ: How do I get bogofilter working on Solaris, BSD, etc?

Hi!

The FAQ explains something on installing bogofilter on
FreeBSD. I understand that this assumes you install as root.
Is this correct? If so, we should clearly state so and give
an alternative for non-root users.
