Postfix default mailbox_size_limit is causing Bogofilter database corruption

I'd split this question into two:

	"I run Bogofilter from Postfix. Why am I getting DB_PAGE_NOTFOUND messages?"
and
	"Why am I getting DB_PAGE_NOTFOUND messages?"

to help users and search engines ("bogofilter NEAR postfix") :-)
