Welcome to the world of code clean up.  It's just a complaint :-) 
Bogofilter should have continued on and scored the message.

"thresh_index" applies only to the Graham algorithm, hence is on the
clean-up list.  It was overlooked with 0.16.0 so there wasn't a
complaint until not.  Simply edit your bogofilter.cf file to remove the
line and bogofilter will stop complaining.
