Running a test case through 0.15.7, 0.15.8, ... and displaying the
number of lines printed in passthrough mode:

     10 01507.tmp
     10 01508.tmp
     12 01509.tmp
     12 01510.tmp
     12 01511.tmp
     12 01512.tmp

The change happened between 0.15.8 and 0.15.9.
