I currently think about the following:

Open such a pipe. Feed one mail, read output, feed the next
mail, read output ...

So I want to keep it open, to avoid many calls on bogofilter.

Thinks I have to work out (if already someone has done so, I
appreciate any comment):

1) Is it OK to train with a different handle and still use
the first open pipe (-TM to get ouput for each mail) to rate
messages?

2) When exactly does -TM print the result.
