Unfortunately I didnt have the original e-mail itself so I had to
forward it back to myself.

I didn't notice anything overly bad/wrong with it, but then again I dont
have much experience with that. One thing though are the headers:

AFAIK, that means they're all pretty much scored as spam, with a heavy
weight? remnetworks.org is the mailserver so that shouldn't be spam,
Postfix is our MTA so same with that, and ovrlrdq is my account on there
as well.
