locking

I'm using both razor-report and bogofilter.

I realized that I'm running razor-report without locking, which should 
allow me to run multiple instances at once.

But bogofilter is set up with locking, presumeably to protect the 
database from corruption.

Not that I need it, but I'm curious if it's possible to run bogofilter 
without locking in procmail and without losing a limb in the process.
