I stand corrected.  I'd forgotten that fixup..

Right.  Bogofilter won't see them.  There will be a performance penalty
until enough training has been done with the new parsing rules.  I
expect the performance penalty will be minor since most tokens in a
wordlist don't have header prefixes.
