Hi Christian,

The support is there.  Unfortunately the documentation isn't as clear as
it could be.

Use bogofilter's "-B" option, as in "bogofilter -B dir".  I'll revise
the documentation to make it clearer that "-B" can take individual
message files, multiple message files (mailboxes), and directories.
