G'day Dan,
It means your wordlist has been growing and is near to postfix's file
size limit. Look in the FAQ under "Why am I getting DB_PAGE_NOTFOUND
messages?" for more information.
Also in the FAQ, under "How can I keep the scoring accuracy high?" is
information on compacting your wordlist.
