I think the purposes of VERP help our purposes, because any particular
mailing list _must_ use an unambiguous format. Of course, this format
can be different from list to list, but if we have one token per list
(we'll have that anyways, from List-ID or something), that's certainly
fine (and it'll likely be a "N ham, 0 spam" token).
