I can understand why you might not wish to use "X-David's-Score:". 
Perhaps "Matthias' Score:" would be more appropriate.

Actually, the apostrophe is fine.  They're allowed in tokens and for the
spam_header, bogofilter is just putting the string in the message or is
checking for the string in the incoming message.
